Nightshift Registered Nurse – Highwood Care Home
Location: Highwood Care Home
Salary: Up to £22.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (2-3 shifts per week, 7pm-7am)
Rota: Set 2-week rolling rota for work-life balance

Your Role
As a Nightshift Registered Nurse, you will:
- Lead the night team to deliver exceptional care and ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
- Craft and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and oversee clinical documentation to the highest standards.
- Provide hands-on care and support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring clear communication and seamless continuity of care.
- Encourage social engagement and foster a warm, home-like environment for all residents.
About You
- A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
- While experience in care homes is a plus, a passion for delivering outstanding care is essential.
- A natural communicator who fosters trust and connection with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A confident leader with a collaborative approach and a dedication to maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
