Care Concern Group is delighted to announce a senior-level opportunity in response to our continued growth through acquisitions and commissioning projects. As a result of our success, we are creating a new region within our Scottish Division and are seeking an exceptional leader to drive excellence and innovation across our care homes.

The Role: Regional Director

This pivotal role ensures that care homes within your region achieve outstanding financial performance, exceed regulatory standards, and embody Care Concern Group’s commitment to quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead Home Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Drive financial management, including budgets, payroll, resource optimization, and capital expenditure.
  • Support underperforming homes with tailored action plans to meet business and quality targets.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and personalized care across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Continuously assess and improve care quality, resident welfare, and team engagement.

Your Success Profile

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary leader with a proven track record in the elderly care sector.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a regional/operational leadership role in the elderly care sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multi-site leadership, including financial and team management.
  • A strong grasp of regulation and legislation affecting care homes.
  • Track record of delivering excellent financial results and high-quality care standards.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Nursing qualification, although this is not a prerequisite.

Bonus: 40% of salary, paid annually
