At Care Concern Group, we’re on an exciting journey of growth, and we’re looking for a Peripatetic Care Home Manager to join our expanding operational support team in the Midlands (Specialist Division)

Key components for a successful Peripatetic Home Manager at Care Concern Group (Willinbrook) are -

  •  A proactive, analytical, and creative leader who motivates and positively influences their team to achieve excellence.
  •  Demonstrated success as a Home Manager, with a track record of driving high standards and operational excellence.
  •  Worked with residents who have complex physical and mental health needs.
  •  Strong experience in increasing occupancy rates and enhancing fee structures to drive sustainable success.
  •  While being nurse-qualified is an advantage, candidates with confidence and experience leading nursing teams and managing clinical risk are equally encouraged.
  •  Skilled at maintaining and developing effective partnerships with local healthcare agencies, community organizations, and professionals.
  •  Dedicated to embedding and maintaining the highest levels of care, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for residents.
