Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Minibus Driver to join our team.

As a Minibus Driver, you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping to create memorable and positive experiences for our residents. Your role will be essential in ensuring their safety and enjoyment as they travel to various activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe Transportation: Provide a safe and courteous transportation service for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during journeys.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure passengers follow health and safety instructions and conduct risk assessments for the safe operation of community vehicles.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain accurate paperwork and daily log records, perform monthly and pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
  • Positive Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents through your friendly and vibrant personality, making their travel experience enjoyable and rewarding.

Requirements

  • Driving License: Hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence with no prior bans or excessive penalties.
  • Experience: Have at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Training: Be willing to undertake full training provided by us.
