- Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven Leadership: Previous experience as a Home Manager within an elderly care setting, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Occupancy and Fees Expertise: A successful track record in driving occupancy rates and improving fee structures, with a focus on delivering business growth.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to identify, address, and solve challenges effectively, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Relationship Building
- Skilled in building and maintaining robust relationships with local healthcare agencies, community partners, and professionals, fostering a strong network of support and collaboration.
Commitment to Excellence
- A passion for embedding the highest standards of care across all aspects of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and an exceptional experience for residents and their families.

- Salary £85,000 per annum.
- Opportunity to earn bonus ‘up to’ 40% of your annual salary - OTE of £119,000 per annum.
