Beaumont Manor Care Home is looking to appoint a clinically qualified Home Manager, who has worked within the elderly care sector.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, able to positively influence all teams, whilst ensuring good processes and quality.

Key components for a successful Home Manager at Beaumont Manor Care Home are
- A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team.
- Previous experience working as a Home Manager, within an elderly care setting.
- Strong working history driving occupancy / improving fees.
- Being nurse qualified is preferred but not essential, as long as you are confident and experienced leading nurses and managing clinical risk
- Able to retain and develop the strong relationships with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
- Embedding the highest standards of care.

• Welcome Bonus of £6,000 (payable after successful completion of probationary period)
• Opportunity to earn bonus ‘up to’ 40% of your annual salary – with OTE £126,000 per annum.
