Willinbrook Healthcare, the specialist division of Care Concern Group, is committed to providing exceptional care for individuals with complex physical and mental health needs. Having grown rapidly to 15 services across England in just three years, we’re excited to introduce our Oaklea Complex Care Unit within Ashlea Court Care Home. This pioneering 26-bed unit is designed to deliver high-quality care for individuals with complex conditions, including dementia, and is a reflection of our commitment to innovation and excellence.

What We Offer:
- £21.00 per hour
- Contracted to 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do:
- Provide Specialist Clinical Care: Lead and oversee the clinical care for residents with complex needs, ensuring they receive personalised, high-quality care.
- Lead by Example: Collaborate with the Unit Manager to drive clinical excellence and maintain the highest standards of care.
- Foster a Supportive Environment: Ensure residents and their families feel safe, supported, and valued every day.
- Training & Development: Support and mentor the care team, providing ongoing training to enhance skills and maintain best practices in complex care.
- Step Up When Needed: Step in for the Unit Manager during absences, ensuring leadership continuity.
- Clinical Shift Cover: Work closely with the day Registered Nurse, providing back-to-back clinical coverage to maintain high care standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Nurse: RGN or RMN with clinical expertise in complex care settings.
- Experience with Complex Care: Proven experience working with residents who have neurological conditions, dementia, or other high-dependency needs.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, support, and inspire a team, ensuring high standards of care and professionalism.
- Adaptability & Hands-On Approach: Be ready to step in and lead when needed, alongside your team to ensure continuity of care.
